Do guests who are not staying at the hotel need a Covid-19 certificate (Green Pass) to access the restaurant?
Daytime visitors who are not sleeping at the hotel, are required to show one of the following documents to access the restaurant:

  • a certification of negativity to a PCR or rapid antigen test made within 48 hours prior to access
  • EU Green Pass or other proof of completed vaccination cycle
  • EU Green Pass or other proof of first dose of vaccination (valid after two weeks from the first dose and not more than 9 months from the first dose)
  • a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 infection within the last 6 months.

All rooms and common spaces are provided with air conditioning.

Can we leave our luggage in the Hotel?

If your departure is after 11 am, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and freshen up in a courtesy room.

Are there discounts available for children?

Children up to 5 years stay for free in the parents' room. Baby cot and high chair are free of charge. Children from 6 to 13 years get a discount of 60% when sleeping in the parents' room.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and Maestro card.

At what time is my room available and at what time are we supposed to vacate it?

We will be delighted to offer the room as soon as it is ready. However, we guarantee its availability from 3 pm on the day of arrival. We ask to vacate the room by 11 am on departure day. If you prefer to keep the room for a little longer please ask at the reception if the room is available and you may take-up our "late check out" offer at an additional cost of 50 Euro which makes you use the room until 6 pm.

Do i need a bathing cap?

Our pool does not require a bathing cap.

Does the Hotel have parking?

Yes. A parking space in the underground garage costs 7 euros per day (to be booked in advance). Outdoor parking is free but very limited.

Does the Hotel have a bike rental?

At the Hotel you can rent bycicles for € 6,00 per day and € 4,00 per half day.

Is the swimming pool heated?

Our swimming pool is not heated.

What kind of service is offered by the restaurant?

Buffet breakfast from 7.30 am to 10 am.
Lunch from 12.30 am to 2 pm.
Dinner from 7 pm to 8.30 pm.

If we stay at your Hotel what facilities can we use?

At our guests' disposal without additional fees: swimming pool with children`s area, sunloungers, sun umbrellas, WiFi.

Is there a transfer service from and to the airport and/or train station?

We organize shared transfers from and to the Verona Villafranca airport, which have to be booked at least 48 hours before arrival. The price is € 14,50 per person and way.

Can my friends come to visit me?

Your guests are very welcome but they are not allowed to use the swimming pool.

Does the Hotel have internet?

The rooms and public areas are provided with free WiFi.
