Fantastic location just a short walk (or slow stroll along the lake front) from the centre of bustling Bardolino. The staff, notably Alex, Barakly and Thereasa in the restaurant, all went out of their way to make us feel valued guests. We were hoping for delicious food with a good range of fish and meat, and that's exactly what we got. It was never an issue to provide gluten and lactose free meals; the amazing chef went out of his way to make special desserts and cook alternative mains if nothing on the set menu was an option. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Pool area is big enough and we could get loungers without issue though it was busy in August. Having direct access to the lake (pedalos and paddle boards just across the road) was very convenient. We also enjoyed hiring bikes from the hotel to visit Garda just a short (busy) cycle away. We would recommend this lovely small hotel to other families and couples. We would happily return in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Nettuno, the staff, especially in restaurant and bar were so helpful, chatty and friendly. The food was fabulous, the pool area, not huge, was spotless. We had no complaints whatsoever ever. Fab place, fab staff, beautiful area

We have been coming to Hotel Nettuno for twenty years, the service is always excellent, from the reception staff, restaurant and bar staff to the housekeepers, they are all superb. The food is a very high quality and as a vegetarian there is always something a little different to try. Special thanks to Giulia, Bakary and Santiago for making our stay so wonderful. Positive: Great location, on the north side of town but only 5 minutes walk away. I was in room 123 which was a corner room overlooking the road with a balcony. It was a good size, plenty of storage space, the bathroom was compact but had everything you need. There is a very good choice of food for breakfast, with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of sun loungers around the pool and shade if you need it. Checking in and checking out was very quick and easy. All the reception staff were very helpful, especially Giulia who arranged for a taxi to take me back to the airport. Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

We had a fabulous 10 days at hotel Nettuno. The staff were professional and friendly. The position is perfect, short walk to the centre but so peaceful and quiet. The food was outstanding. Strongly recommend.
